Linda founded M3iworks in 1981, and Linda Gold: Founder, President & CEO of M3iworksthrough her strong leadership and clarity of vision, guided the company to its current position as preferred web strategy, design, and development firm in Silicon Valley. Marquis clients include Sun Microsystems, SonicWALL, Extreme Networks, SJSU, and a host of other major technology, financial services, higher education, professional trade, and non-profit organizations. Under Linda's leadership, M3iworks has consistently ranked in the SV/SJ Business Journal lists of Top Web Design Firms and Top Women-Owned Businesses, as well as earning repeated YWCA Tribute to Women in Industry (TWIN) and Horizon Interactive web design awards.

Linda's passion for community service and quality-of-life issues--including affordable health care, housing, education, transportation, energy, and the environment--extend beyond the M3iworks workplace. Linda serves on the board of directors, as chair of numerous board committees, and in leadership positions within the Silicon Valley Manufacturing Group, Sustainable Valley Foundation, and San Jose's Sacred Heart Community Service. Linda actively supports the YWCA, Women's High Tech Coalition, NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), WITI (Women in Technology International), Breast Cancer Fundraisers, Housing Trust of Santa Clara County, SJSU's Exceptional Women Executives programs, and a host of other local, non-profit agencies seeking to improve the quality of life for residents of Northern California, and especially Silicon Valley. This Spring, the Silicon Valley San Jose Business Journal named Linda one of Silicon Valley's 25 Most Influential Women.
