M3iworks' Upholds Its Community Commitment
Economic times are certainly tough, especially in the IT services business with curtailed corporate spending and competition from off-shore development firms. However, through good times and bad, M3iworks never waivers from its core values -- one of those being support of the communities in which we live and work.
To demonstrate support of our local communities, M3iworks donates employee time and talent to local charitable organizations at least once each quarter. This community involvement is an integral part of the company culture, promoted and led by the CEO, Linda Gold, who sits on the board of two local non-profit organizations herself. At least once each quarter, M3iworks employees choose a local public benefit agency and assist the chosen agency by volunteering expertise, time, and enthusiasm. Volunteer projects have ranged from no-charge website design and development--M3iworks' specialty--to purchasing and helping distribute Christmas toys for Sacred Heart Community Service, to packaging food for needy families at Second Harvest Food Bank, to helping design and construct a local community children's park and playground.
M3iworks is led by a charismatic leader that believes in and has a true passion for community service and promoting the local community and economy. Even though M3iworks is a small business weathering today's difficult economic climate, the company has continued to achieve corporate goals of total customer delight, continued profitability, and a healthy work environment--while striving to exemplify outstanding corporate citizenship through community service and advocacy.
