M3iworks News HighlightsThe San Jose/Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce appointed Linda Gold to its Board of Directors for the 2005-2008 term. Linda's involvement will focus on small-business advocacy, women in leadership, and public-policy committee participation. James Alborough, M3iworks' Senior Project Manager, is awarded the Sun Webby Award for outstanding service. As a part of this year's Bowl sponsorship, M3iworks developed the event's website and collaborated with the Silicon Valley Football Classic to provide 1,000 game-day ticket vouchers for needy families to attend the 5th Annual Bowl Game here in San Jose. The YWCA of Silicon Valley appointed Linda Gold to its 100th Year Advisory Board. This Centennial Year will host countless activities and events to showcase the mission and amazing work being done to empower women and eliminate racism in our valley. M3iworks teamed up with San Jose Sports Authority as members of the Local Organizing Committee to provide Pac-10 Women's Basketball Tournament tickets to economically disadvantaged high-schoolers in San Jose March 4-7, 2005.
